Born in Argentina and brought up in Sydney Australia, Mara began her exploration into the world of dance and movement at an early age. Mara has been a professional belly dancer since 2001. Her skills lie not only in entertaining guests and getting involved but also in making your special event one to be remembered.

With extensive experience in classical and modern dance styles, training in ballet, flamenco and salsa dancing, Mara style is unique and diverse.

What's unique about Mara?

DISTINCTIVE SIGNATURE STYLE

Mara knows bellydance entertainment and is responsible for some of the most memorable parties and functions for 100’s of guests. She understands better than most what celebrations need and proves that if done right a party will come alive with energy and excitement.

Her classical and elegant dance style varies from Egyptian Raqs Al-Sharqi (Raqs sharqi), Sa'idi step, Greek Çiftetelli (Tsifteteli) – ancient and modern, and a Turkish mix.

Mara utilises many props such as sword balancing, Zills (bell or finger cymbals) and veil to compliment her dance.
